November 2025. On Monday, 3 November 2025, the Radović Foundation carried out the second part of its first day of educational activities in Sečanj.
Our founder and representative, Marko Radović, Director of Fujitsu GDC Poland, was a guest at the Secondary School “Vuk Karadžić” as part of a career and vocational guidance programme. During an inspiring lecture he shared with the students his professional path – from his school years and first challenges, through his studies, all the way to success at the international level. He showed that perseverance, knowledge, belief in oneself and the support of one’s family make it possible to achieve great goals.
The students had the opportunity to ask questions, listen to practical advice and receive strong motivation for their own professional development. Marko spoke, among other things, about the key competences he had built over the years: leadership, strategic thinking, working with clients and data-driven decision-making. He also talked about leading a team of around 2,200 people today through change and innovation.

This visit directly supports the Foundation’s goals related to education, mentoring, career guidance and the exchange of knowledge and experience between Poland and Serbia.
