May 2026. The Radović Foundation supported organization of Design Thinking workshops hosted by the Fujitsu GDC Poland office.
On 28 May 2026, students of Slavic and Balkan studies from the University of Gdańsk and the University of Łódź met at the Fujitsu headquarters to work together on the future of Slavic studies. The event was attended by 33 students. Under the guidance of Fujitsu experts, they went through the full Design Thinking process – from analysing the needs of students and lecturers, through identifying challenges, to generating ideas and presenting innovative solutions.
The main challenge of the workshops was the question: how to make Slavic and Balkan studies more attractive to candidates, better prepare graduates for the labour market, and support them in their role as ambassadors of Slavic languages and cultures.
The host of the event was Marko Radović, Head of GDC Poland at Fujitsu. The workshops were led by a team of Fujitsu experts.

Your care for the students and your passion for the development of Slavic studies are a true inspiration for us.
These workshops form an important part of the Radović Foundation’s activities in support of universities, students, and linguistic and cultural exchange. In addition to the project work, the participants had the opportunity to make new contacts, get to know one another better and spend time in an atmosphere of cooperation and inspiration. We hope that this is only the beginning of further joint initiatives.
