May 2020. The Radović Foundation supports the education of young people by offering them practical knowledge that can be applied in various areas of professional and private life. One such tool is the four-part project management course “Project Management Career Start – the SPARK Method”, created in 2020 by the founder of the Foundation, Marko Radović, as part of an earlier educational initiative.
The course is available entirely free of charge on the Udemy platform and guides participants step by step through the practical elements of project management:
The SPARK Method combines hard skills (work planning, scheduling, cost management, risk and problem management) with what is most important in leading people and teams – human and professional values.
Participants learn not only “how” to organise work, but above all “how” to build relationships based on:
- trust,
- openness,
- empathy,
- courage,
- respect,
- and the attitude of a servant leader – a leader who serves the team.
The course shows how to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment, how to listen, how to give praise, how to offer constructive feedback and how to speak with a client with confidence.
